You will need to bring your drivers' licence with you when you come to the track days. You will not be allowed to drive on the track without your licence so please do not forget it.

All drivers must hold one of the following licences and comply with the relevant regulations in order to take part in a track day: DVLA road licence - must be a fully unrestricted valid driving licence issued by the DVLA (or the equivalent foreign licensing authority in the driver's country of residence and be 17 years or above) with the appropriate category clearly indicated.

If you have lost your licence you may obtain a reference number from the DVLA by visiting the DVLA's website, you must bring the form with you on the day to prove you have a full licence.

evo isn't an ATDO member but all the tracks we use are, so you shouldn't have any problems with your insurance.

All drivers must have a valid UK driving licence to drive on the track on the day, therefore all drivers must be at least 17 years of age and hold their own full valid drivers licence. Provisional licences will not be accepted.

All track day attendees must be age 16 and above. No one under the age of 16 will be permitted on site at the event 

Yes. Each track stipulates that you must complete a briefing session before you are allowed out on track. Briefing will be explained in the event info email.

Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your confirmation email and remember to check your junk folder. If you have any problems, please contact the evo team at evoevents@autovia.co.uk who will be more than happy to assist.

Bedford / Brands Hatch / Donington evenings 

A main driver ticket includes the main driver and one additional driver/passenger for the car. If you would like a third person to come along and drive your car then they will need to purchase an additional driver ticket. The ticket also includes briefing, access to the track and tuition (you must book a time slot). You do not get any food and drink as part of your ticket.

Goodwood

A main driver includes just the person named on a ticket. If you would like a second or multiple additional drivers then each person must purchase an additional driver ticket. If you would like a passenger/spectator at the event then they must purchase a spectator ticket. Each ticket includes the safety briefing, access to the track, tea and coffee all day along with breakfast, lunch and high tea. Tuition is available for purchase.

Yes, all evo subscribers receive £20 off main driver tickets across all events. You should receive this code via email, if you do not have this, please email us with your subscriber number at evoevents@autovia.co.uk.

All tickets are electronic and will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

Yes, please check with your current insurance provider if you are covered for track events. evo are not responsible for track insurance.

We will always try our best to accommodate the transfer of your tickets if you are unable to attend. Please see our terms and conditions for the details of our cancellation policy which can be found here.

Other drivers may allow you to drive their cars but this will be at their own discretion. You must have the relevant insurance required to drive any vehicles other than your own.

BODYWORK AND CHASSIS

All vehicles must be 'closed-wheel' for track day events. Open wheels/single seater chassis are not permitted. All cars must have working seat belts regardless of age. The bodywork and chassis should be checked and in good condition. Vehicles must not exceed 1.85m in height.

Yes, you can attend as many as you like, you can even add extra tickets to your basket once you've started the booking process. You can come back and book additional events later too - as long as there are tickets left!

Yes, all attendees (both drivers and passengers) are required to wear a helmet whilst on track. If the vehicle is open top, then the helmet must be closed face. Open face helmets are permitted when the roof of the car is up/on. 

Helmet hire is available free of charge, included in all tickets, please select this option when completing the booking form. 

We recommend comfortable clothing. No sleeveless tops, shorts, or open toe shoes are permitted. If you are in an open top car, you are required to wear a long sleeved top. 

Bedford, Donington & Brands Hatch events

Yes, all main driver tickets are eligible to book a free of charge 20 minute one to one session with a qualified driver. Please note slots are strictly limited per event and are allocated on a first come, firsts served basis. 

Once you have booked your tickets, please email evoevents@autovia.co.uk for availability and booking. 

Goodwood events

Yes, 30 minutes 1-2-1 tuition slots are bookable as an additional product in the basket for £35. 

We do not offer reservations for pit garages at our track days, they will be available and open to all throughout the event.
