How much do tickets cost?
Tickets are priced as follows:
Individual/Main Driver + 1 additional driver = £150
Additional Driver (third driver in a vehicle) = £35 per person
Bedford Full Day:
Individual / Main Driver Ticket= £275
Additional Driver = £100
Goodwood Full Day:
Individual / Main Driver Ticket: £369
Additional Driver Ticket: £185
Hospitality Ticket (passengers) : £99
Helmet Hire = £10 per helmet for all events.
all prices include VAT.
What do I need to bring on the day?You will need to bring your drivers' licence with you when you come to the track days. You will not be allowed to drive on the track without your licence so please do not forget it.
What are the timings for the events?Evening:
4:30pm Arrival & noise testing
5:00pm Driving Briefing
5:30pm Track Opens
8:00pm Track Closes
I've lost my drivers licence, what should I do?If you have lost your licence you may obtain a reference number from the DVLA by visiting the DVLA's website, you must bring the form with you on the night to prove you have a full licence.
Is there a minimum age to drive on track?All drivers must have a valid UK driving licence to drive on the track on the night, therefore all drivers must be at least 17 years of age and hold their own full valid drivers licence. Provisional licences will not be accepted.
Is food available on site?For our evening events, there are limited refreshments available on site, so it is advisable to bring your own. Alcohol is not permitted anywhere on site.
Can I drive other cars at the event besides my own?Other drivers may allow you to drive their cars but this will be at their own discretion. You must have the relevant insurance required to drive any vehicles other than your own.
I haven’t received a ticket confirmation emailPlease allow up to 24 hours to receive your confirmation email and remember to check your junk folder. If you have any problems, please contact the evo team at firstname.lastname@example.org who will be more than happy to assist.
Can I bring family and friends?
You may bring passengers in your car for free. A main driver ticket includes one additional driver, if a third person would like to drive your car they must purchase an Additional Driver ticket at £30.
Full Day Events:
Everyone attending our full day events is required to purchase a ticket as they all include hospitality.
Will my ticket be posted to me?
All tickets are electronic and will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
Can I buy tickets as gifts?
Yes you can register tickets under someone else's name, there is a gift option when booking.
What if a group of us would like to attend?
Yes that is possible. Please contact the team at email@example.com for group booking rates.
Can I attend more than one Track Evening?
Yes, this year we are introducing an offer when you buy 3 more different track events in one transaction, we will give you an extra £20 off you basket.
Do I need additional insurance?
Yes, please check with your current insurance provider if you are covered for Track events. evo are not responsible for track insurance.
What license do I need for this event?
All drivers must hold one of the following licences and comply with the relevant regulations in order to take part in a track day: DVLA road licence - must be a fully unrestricted valid driving licence issued by the DVLA (or the equivalent foreign licensing authority in the driver's country of residence and be 17 years or above) with the appropriate category clearly indicated.
