You will need to bring your drivers' licence with you when you come to the track days. You will not be allowed to drive on the track without your licence so please do not forget it.

If you have lost your licence you may obtain a reference number from the DVLA by visiting the DVLA's website, you must bring the form with you on the day to prove you have a full licence.

All drivers must hold one of the following licences and comply with the relevant regulations in order to take part in a track day: DVLA road licence - must be a fully unrestricted valid driving licence issued by the DVLA (or the equivalent foreign licensing authority in the driver's country of residence and be 17 years or above) with the appropriate category clearly indicated.

evo isn't an ATDO member but all the tracks we use are, so you shouldn't have any problems with your insurance.

All drivers must have a valid UK driving licence to drive on the track on the day, therefore all drivers must be at least 17 years of age and hold their own full valid drivers licence. Provisional licences will not be accepted.

All track day attendees must be age 16 and above. No one under the age of 16 will be permitted on site at the event 

Yes. Each track stipulates that you must complete a briefing session before you are allowed out on track. If you have been to one of our track days before you'll notice that this year's briefing sessions will look a little different.

Bedford, Brands Hatch & Oulton Park 
You will be asked to complete an online briefing session before arriving at the track. The details of how to do this will be sent to you by email in

Goodwood
The briefing will take place in the pit-lane area by one of the Goodwood track staff.

Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your confirmation email and remember to check your junk folder. If you have any problems, please contact the evo team at evoevents@autovia.co.uk who will be more than happy to assist.

Bedford / Brands Hatch evenings & Oulton Park

A main driver ticket includes the main driver and one additional driver/passenger for the car. If you would like a third person to come along and drive your car then they will need to purchase an additional driver ticket. The ticket also includes briefing, access to the track and tuition when this is allowed. You do not get any food and drink as part of your ticket.

Goodwood

A main driver includes just the person named on a ticket. If you would like a second or multiple additional drivers then each person must purchase an additional driver ticket. If you would like a passenger/spectator at the event then they must purchase a spectator ticket. Each ticket includes the safety briefing, access to the track, tea and coffee all day along with breakfast, lunch and high tea. 

All tickets are electronic and will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

Yes that is possible. We offer a special group discount rate for 4 or more evening tickets when purchased together, this is applied automatically at checkout. Please contact the team at evoevents@autovia.co.uk for group booking rates at our other track days.

Yes, please check with your current insurance provider if you are covered for track events. evo are not responsible for track insurance.

We will always try our best to accommodate the transfer of your tickets if you are unable to attend. Please see our terms and conditions for the details of our cancellation policy which can be found here.

Other drivers may allow you to drive their cars but this will be at their own discretion. You must have the relevant insurance required to drive any vehicles other than your own.

BODYWORK AND CHASSIS

All vehicles must be 'closed-wheel' for track day events. Open wheels/single seater chassis are not permitted. All cars must have working seat belts regardless of age. The bodywork and chassis should be checked and in good condition. Vehicles must not exceed 1.85m in height.

Yes, you can attend as many as you like, you can even add extra tickets to your basket once you've started the booking process. You can come back and book additional events later too - as long as there are tickets left!

Yes, all attendees (both drivers and passengers) are required to wear a helmet whilst on track. If the vehicle is open top, then the helmet must be closed face. Open face helmets are permitted when the roof of the car is up/on. 

Helmet hire is available free of charge, included in all tickets, please select this option when completing the booking form. 

We recommend comfortable clothing. No sleeveless tops, shorts, or open toe shoes are permitted. If you are in an open top car, you are required to wear a long sleeved top. 

Yes, all main driver tickets are eligible to book a free of charge 30 minute one to one session with a qualified driver. Please note slots are strictly limited per event and are allocated on a first come, firsts served basis. 

Once you have booked your tickets, please email evoevents@autovia.co.uk for availabiliy and booking. 

We do not offer reservations for pit garages at our track days, they will be available and open to all throughout the event. 

FAQ's for Spa

Monday 17th October 2022

Eurotunnel crossing is valid from this date and is valid 5 days from 17/10/22. 

15:00 Check-in to the Hotel opens 

19:00 An evening with evo starts, at La Brasserie des Bobelines, (Pl. Royale 41, 4900 Spa, Belgium) the restaurant is approximately 54m away from the Hotel entrance, about a 1 min walk, the evo team will be there to greet you. 

19:30 Dinner served with drinks hosted by the evo team 

Tuesday 18th October 2022

07:00 Breakfast is available at the hotel 

07:30 Trackday sign in opens with RSR at the circuit 

08:00 - 09:15 Driving briefing 

09:00-10:00 Guided Trackwalk 

10:00-12:00 Track open, open pitlane format 

12:00-13:00 Lunch break, food & drink included, track closed

13:00 - 18:00 Track open, open pitlane 

17:00-19:00 Drinks & Snacks available in the pitbox 

Event finishes, all depart. 

All attendees must be over the age of 16. Drivers must hold a full driving licence to be allowed to drive on circuit. 

The hotel in this package is the Radisson Blu Palace Hotel, Spa,  Pl. Royale 39, 4900 Spa, Belgium.

This hotel is located approximately 7.02 mi / 11.29 km from the circuit.

The room will be booked in either single or double occupancy depending on the ticket type booked, and includes breakfast. 

Secure parking is also included with all main driver tickets. 

An evening with evo starts at 19:00 at La Brasserie des Bobelines, (Pl. Royale 41, 4900 Spa, Belgium) the restaurant is approximately 54m away from the Hotel entrance, about a 1 min walk, the evo team will be there to greet you. This evening includes your meal and drinks. The food will be a set menu option, please complete the dietary form accurately and this will be adhered to. 

The dinner will be held in a private dining room with all evo staff and attendees together. 

Yes you can. The ticket for this event includes one night stay on Monday 17th October 2022 only. If you wish to book additional night stays, this can be done directly with the hotel, the link to the website is here. evo is not liable for any additional days booked in the hotel.

Flexi return means you can turn up and board when you choose with priority check-in, and have use of the flexiplus lounge. This is valid from Monday 17th October 2022 and the return is within 5 days. More information on the flexiplus ticket can be found here. 

Your flexi return ticket will be booked based on the vehicle information you provide when booking the ticket to the event. Please complete this as accurately as possible.

evo is not liable for any delays, amendments or cancellations to the Euro tunnel journey, for full T&C's please click here. It is the attendees responsibility to arrive to the destination on time. 

Yes you can do this, RSR is hosting a 2nd track day on Wednesday 19th October 2022. evo has a preferential booking rate for this day, and can be added on as an 'add on' product when purchasing your main ticket.

The pricing is as follows; 

Main driver: £599

Additional driver: £200

Passenger: £99

This is for the RSR premium track day on Wednesday 19th October 2022 only. This does not include any accommodation and evo will not be present to host you on this day. It is your responsibility to make your own arrangements to attend.

evo has a dedicated pit box of 3 garages for the event, these are for our attendees only but space all day is shared with other evo guests so not guaranteed.

You can book your own private garage if you wish. This is at an additional cost of €295 euros for the day. This can be booked directly with RSR by contacting Jonathan chan at jonathan@rsrnurburg.com. 

If you can no longer attend the event, you are entitled a to full refund if you notify us before 19th August 2022. If you wish to cancel your booking after this date, then only a partial refund will be available. 

You may be able to transfer your ticket to another person so they attend in your place. No credit will be offered if cancelled. 

If you wish to cancel, please contact us directly and quote your booking number to evoevents@autovia.co.uk.

No. Rooms can only be booked as a twin or double so there is a maximum of 2 people per room. 

The ticket includes Euro tunnel crossings for cars only. If your vehicle is on a trailer, then this will be charged extra to your booking.
